After the terrible earthquake that shook part of Venezuela, the Office resumed operations on July 13th. A special “thank you” also goes to our local Colleagues who, despite many difficulties, have resumed their work to guarantee Clients' rights.

The Office appears to have resumed operations, but not all necessary tools are operational, so it is expected that activity will be slow for some time (although the number of applications in Gaza is not comparable to that of other larger Countries).

A new and stricter Chinese Trademark Law will apply starting in January 2027.
