Graduated in Chemical Engineering at Politecnico di Torino in 1986, with a specialization in chemical organic processing.

Professional Qualifications

Italian Patent and Trademark Agent since 1990.
European Patent Attorney since 1992.
European Trademark and Design Attorney since 1996.
San Marino Patent Agent since 2000.

European Patent Litigator.

Fields of activity

He has been working in the field of Intellectual Property since 1987 and joined PCA in 1993.

He professionally advises clients in various aspects of Intellectual Property Law with a particular focus on patents and designs, including drafting, filing and prosecuting patent and design applications in Italy and worldwide. He also deals with patent and design searches. In addition, he handles validity/infringement and patentability opinions. He also developed a strong experience in dealing with oppositions before the EPO and with litigations before the Italian Courts both as Technical Expert of one of the parties and as Technical Expert on the Judge request.
