Graduated in Mechanical Engineering at Politecnico di Milano in 2008, with a specialization in material processing technologies.

Holds a Master of Science (M.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota, USA, obtained in 2006 during a double-degree program.

Italian Patent Agent since 2012.

European Patent Attorney since 2013.

European Design Attorney since 2013.

European Patent Litigator.

Fields of activity

He has been working in the field of Intellectual Property since 2009 and joined PCA in 2024.

He professionally advises clients in various aspects of Intellectual Property Law with a particular focus on patents and designs, including drafting, filing and prosecuting patent and design applications in Italy and worldwide; he also deals with patent searches and opinions concerning validity, infringement and patentability. He also developed experience in dealing with oppositions before the EPO and with litigations before the Italian Courts as a Technical Expert of one of the parties.
