Academic Education

Graduated in solid-state physics at the University of Padua in 1991.

Ph.D. in experimental physics, in particular in semiconductor materials, at the University of Utrecht, the Netherlands, in 1997.

Professional Qualifications

European Patent Attorney since 2004.
Italian Patent Agent since 2008.
European Design Attorney since 2008.
European Patent Litigator.

Fields of activity

She has been working in the field of Intellectual Property both in industry and in private practice. She joined PCA in 2017. She professionally advises clients in various aspects of Intellectual Property Law, with a particular focus on patents and designs, including drafting, filing and prosecuting patent and design applications in Italy and worldwide, deals with patent and design searches. She handles validity/infringement and patentability opinions and assists clients in dealing with oppositions before the EPO and with litigations before the Italian Courts as technical expert.

Patent examiner at the European Patent Office (EPO) in the field of semiconductor devices from 1998 to 2000.
