Notice on the Use of Artificial Intelligence Systems

Porta & Consulenti Associati S.p.A. (PCA) has long used the most advanced information technologies to support the efficient and accurate provision of its industrial property consulting services and now makes use of their evolution, namely Artificial Intelligence systems, as tools in the performance of its professional services, solely as operational support for the Consultant’s activities.

Such systems do not in any way replace the Consultant’s intellectual activity; Artificial Intelligence systems are always used under the supervision of the professional in charge, who retains full independence of judgment and responsibility for the services provided.

Artificial Intelligence systems are used by PCA in compliance with national and European Union regulations on Artificial Intelligence (Article 13 of Italian Law No. 132 of 23 September 2025 and Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 – Artificial Intelligence Act), privacy regulations (see the privacy information at privacy policy), and professional secrecy obligations (Article 206 of the Italian Industrial Property Code).
