He has been working in the field of Intellectual Property since 2002 and joined PCA in 2019.

He professionally advises clients in the field of trademarks, unfair competition, licensing, transfer agreements, out-of-court disputes and domain names.

With particular reference to trademarks, his activity includes: filing trademark applications and prosecuting them up to registration, carrying out trademark availability searches, handling opposition and cancellation proceedings, handling out-of-court disputes concerning infringement of IP rights, drafting coexistence agreements, recording trademark Member of the Trademark assignments with the relevant authorities.

Member of the Trademark Committee of the Italian Industrial Property Consultants Institute from 2016 to 2019.
