Italian Patent Agent since 2006.
European Patent Attorney since 2008.
European Design Attorney since 2009.
European Patent Litigator.

Fields of activity

He has been working in the field of Intellectual Property since 2003 and joined PCA in 2016.

He professionally advises clients in various aspects of Intellectual Property Law, with a particular focus on patents and designs, including drafting, filing and prosecuting patent and design applications in Italy and worldwide, deals with patent and design searches and he handles validity/infringement and patentability opinions. He also assists clients in dealing with oppositions before the EPO and with litigations before the Italian Courts as technical expert.
