Coronavirus (COVID-19) – Suspension of terms pending before the European Trademark and Design Office (EUIPO)
Due to the coronavirus outbreak, the EUIPO decided that all time limits expiring from 9 March 2020 are extended to 18 May 2020. Nevertheless, PCA remains active and we believe to take advantage of this only where strictly necessary.

Due to Covid-19 emergency, the opening of the desk for requesting financial loans according to the program Marchi+3 has been postponed to 9 am of 10 June 2020.
