Due to the coronavirus outbreak, the EPO decided that all time limits expiring on or after 15 March 2020 are postponed to 2 June 2020. This new date can be further postponed as a result of the evolution of the epidemiological situation.
Nevertheless, PCA remains active and we believe to take advantage of this only where strictly necessary.
