Graduated in Electronic Engineering at Politecnico di Milano in 1996, with a specialization in optoelectronics.

Professional Qualifications

Italian Patent Agent since 1998.
European Patent Attorney since 2001.
European Design Attorney since 2003.

Fields of activity

She has been working in the field of Intellectual Property since 1996 and joined PCA in 1999. She professionally advises clients in various aspects of Intellectual Property Law with a particular focus on patents and designs, including drafting, filing and prosecuting patent and design applications in Italy and worldwide. She also deals with patent and design searches. In addition, she handles validity/infringement and patentability opinions. She also developed a strong experience in dealing with oppositions before the EPO and with litigations before the Italian Courts both as Technical Expert of one of the parties and as Technical Expert on the Judge request.
