Fields of activity

He has been working in the field of Intellectual Property since 1977 and was one of the co-founders of PCA in 1991. He professionally advises clients in the field of trademarks, unfair competition, copyright, licensing, transfer agreements, non-jury trials and domain names. With particular reference to trademarks, his activity comprises performing of prior art searches, filing and prosecuting trademark applications in Italy and worldwide, handling trademark oppositions, revocation and invalidation procedures before the national trademark offices and the European Community Office. He has further experience in Internet and related trademark and copyright issues. He represents a wide range of companies from small to medium-large and large multinational companies in the area of: telecommunication, financial products and services, health care, clothing, computer technology and services, food and beverage industry.

Member of Collegio Italiano dei Consulenti in Proprietà Industriale (Italian College of Industrial Property Consultants) and FICPI since 2000.
