She has been working in the field of Intellectual Property since 1993 and joined PCA in 1993.

She professionally advises clients in the field of trademarks, unfair competition, copyright, licensing, transfer agreements and domain names.

With particular reference to trademarks, her activity comprises performing of prior art searches, filing and prosecuting trademark applications in Italy and worldwide, handling trademark oppositions, revocation and invalidation procedures before the national trademark offices and the European Community Office.

She has broad work experience in the area of: cosmetics and personal care products, household products, internet and e-commerce, financial products and services, health care, clothing, food and beverage industry.
