Fields of activity

He has been working in the field of Intellectual Property since 1986 and joined PCA in 1995.

He professionally advises clients in the field of trademarks, unfair competition, copyright, licensing, transfer agreements, non-jury trials and domain names. With particular reference to trademarks, his activity comprises performing of prior art searches, filing and prosecuting trademark applications in Italy and worldwide, handling trademark oppositions, revocation and invalidation procedures before the national trademark offices and the European Community Office. He has further experience in Internet and related trademark and copyright issues, including domain name protection, metatags and keywords. He is panelist of a Supplier of Dispute Resolving Services within the ccTLD”it” (DRS).

He has broad work experience in the area of: cosmetics and personal care products, household products, internet and e-commerce, financial products and services, health, clothing, food and beverage.
