Since November 2022, the Libyan Trademark Office had stopped processing the files and accepting new applications of foreign Applicants, limiting itself to managing cases in which the Applicant was Libyan. Since 28 May 2023 it has resumed accepting new applications and processing cases that were already pending with a foreign applicant.
