With Decree dated 04.11.2023, the Minister of Culture intervened on the subject by publishing the “Guidelines for the determination of the minimum amounts of fees and considerations for the concession of use of the goods held by state cultural institutions and places”.
The Guidelines concern both non-profit reproductions and those for commercial purposes, also providing for tables for calculating the minimum rates. These rules also include situations relating to the use of spaces related to cultural heritage.
