The Patent and Trademark Office of the Republic of San Marino announces that, following the measures related to the emergency from COVID-19, the Office’s activity stops until April 6, 2020.
However, it is also possible to send deposits and renewals of applications for trademarks, patents, designs and annual renewal payments, which will however be registered at the time of reopening of the offices.
The filing date of applications will be assigned on the basis of the date of complete receipt of the request and of the attached documents sent during this closure period.
